• your phone model and operating system version,
• the app version, if you can find it (it is also in the store listing),
• what you expected and what happened.

Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive details. We do not need them.

Report a content error

People pay to pass a real exam, so a wrong answer matters. In the app, open the feedback form and choose Content error, or email us the guide, lesson and question. Feedback sent from the app carries no name or email address, so if you want a reply, email us instead.

Purchases and restoring them

• Guides are one-time purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store. There are no subscriptions.
• New phone or reinstall? Open the app on the same Google Play or Apple account that bought the guide and tap Restore purchases on the paywall. Your guide unlocks again.
• Refunds are handled by the store that sold the guide: Google Play refunds and Apple refunds. See our Terms for details.

Your data

Cert to Table has no user accounts, so there is no account to delete. Your progress and settings live on your phone. To erase them, clear the app's storage in your phone settings or uninstall the app.

Our Privacy Policy covers what the app sends; it will be updated before the app is in the stores. Questions or requests about your data: email info@spinachcreations.com.

Common questions

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Lessons, quizzes, the exam simulator and review all work offline once a guide is on your phone. Streaming narrated lessons you haven't saved, sending feedback and checking purchases need a connection.

Is this the official ServSafe® or state exam?

No. Cert to Table is an independent study aid, not official certification material. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the National Restaurant Association, ServSafe®, or any certification provider. Always confirm current requirements with your certifying provider.
